  	State of New York, Cattaraugus County, as: In the claim for pension of Mary Rounds as widow of Orton Rounds, late of Co. "c" of the 154th N.Y. vols. no. 409,624. Orilla Anderson, being duly sworn deposes and says: That she resides at Olean N.Y. and that her post office address is the same. That she has been well acquainted with the above named claimant for the past thirty years, and she was also well acquainted with her husband, Orton Rounds in his lifetime. That this deponent was with said claimant at the birth of her daughter, Bertha, that said Bertha was born at the town of Allegany, Cattaraugus County N.Y. on the 3d day of September, in the year 1876,m to the best of this deponent reccolection (sic), that deponent well remembers the fact of such birth and is quite sure as to the date.
