C 154th NY Vols: (No 409628) Eliza Hall being duly sworn says relative to the above as follows, That deponent's residence and P.O. address is Olean Cattaraugus County NY. That deponent is well acquainted with claimant and has known the Rounds family for 40 years. That deponent was present at the birth of Georgiana Rounds and Bertha Rounds, the children of claimant. That the said Georgiana was born Nov 3d 1874 and the said Bertha was born Sept 3d 1876. Deponent's age is 58 years and she has no interest in this claim. Cattaraugus County ss. signed Eliza Hall. Sworn to before me this 24 day of May 1890, and I certify that the contents of the above affidavit were fully made known to affiant before swaering(sic) that affiant is respectable and entitled to credit and
