• THOMAS F. WILCOX
T. F. Wilcox, known to many local readers of the Enterprise, died at the family home on Cartee street, Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock, after a long illness. Mr. Wilcox was born at Bath, N. Y., September 11, 1842. He was united in marriage with Flora A. Fay 61 years ago, and they had resided here since 1912. Mr. Wilcox served two enlistments in the Civil War, was a member of the G. A. R., the I. 0. F. and of the Methodist Church. Funeral services were conducted from the home, Tuesday morning, with Rev. J. B. Harry of East Aurora, formerly of this place, officiating. Interment was made at Cuba, N. Y., Tuesday afternoon with a military service by Cuba Post, American Legion.
Surviving him are his wife, two sons, a daughter, a brother and two sisters. They are
Hallet F. Wilcox of Cuba;
T. Paul Wilcox, Cheyenne, Wyo.;
Mrs. Walton D. Gates, Coudersport;
Ralph Wilcox, Omaha, Neb.;
Mrs. Will Royier and
Mrs. Mary Johnson, Bath, N.Y.
Mr. Wilcox was a kindly man of genial disposition and he will be greatly missed by his many friends..
