Clarence Kiehle Saves Unknown Man From Drowning As He Returns From Day Of Labor at the glass plant.
Drunken man in river, clinging to the bank, exhausted. With considerable difficulty, Mr Kiehle got him back on the railroad track and up to the glass plant where he left him to sober up.

Miss Shirley Leonard Chosen From a Class of a Thousand
A junior at Vassar College, to represent her class at the YWCA convention at Mountain Lake, MD, June 25th-July 5th.
Honor had also been bestowed upon Miss Louise Leonard when she was a student at Vassar.

Miss Clara Carpenter of Glamorgan, Va, formerly a teacher in Coudersport, is visiting friends and relatives in Coudersport.

J.M. Spafford and sister, Miss Mary Bird, returned Tuesday from Florida where they spent the winter.
