He died 1857 from blood poisoning from a infected leg...May be buried Canisteo....Married about 1860 Ansel Ferguson.... 5 children including 2 infants who died young and 3 sons... Ansel died form heart disease or over work....Married 1885 Nathan Hill of Hebron and Shinglehouse....After Nathan's death Harriet lived with her son Almerion of Shinglehouse.. Harriet and her husband are actually buried Hay Cemetery which is on the back road between Millport and Clara, now on private land...Burial s suppose to be taken to Sharon Center but probably never were
