The Rev. Gale Neman and the Rev. Wesley Johnson, former pastor of Liberty Bible Church, officiated during the nuptial rites for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Kissinger of Valparaiso and the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Weimer, of Rt. 1. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a white sheerganza gown with tiers of chantilly lace. It featured a wide neckline and long fitted sleeves. Maid of honor was Diane Violanti of Chesterton. Bridesmaids were the groom's niece Michele Weimer of Chesterton, Terri Girman and the groom's sister Feme Weimer, both of Valparaiso. The groom's niece Lorelei Weimer of Chesterton was the junior bridesmaid. Flower girl was the bride's niece Leanne Kissinger of Nevada. Best man was Douglas Morthland of Valparaiso. Groomsmen were the groom's brothers Maynard and Curt Weimer, respectively of Chesterton and Valparaiso, and Mark Wilson, also of Valparaiso. Junior groomsman was the bride's brother Matthew Miller of Valparaiso. Ring bearer was the bride's cousin Brian Lockhart of DeMotte. Ushers were the bride's brothers Gerald, Randall and Daniel Kissinger, respectively of Rockford, IL., Westville and Valparaiso. The bride is a clerk at Hook's Drug, Indianapolis and attended Taylor University. Her husband is employed by Bell Laboratories, Indianapolis and is a graduate of Valparaiso Technical Institute. Both are Chesterton High School graduates.
