Final Rites Sunday For Life-Long County Resident
Wilbur W. "Chub" Bradley died earley Friday morning at his home in Coudersport. Mr. Bradley had been in ill health for a long time.
He was born Oct. 17, 1910, in Odin to Ayers and Margaret Kitchen Bradley and was married to the former Dorothea Hanley in Coudersport Sept. 25, 1944. He served with the Army during World War II.
Survivors Include his wife;
- one daughter, Elizabeth Ann, at home;
three brothers,
- John Bradley, Coudersport,
- Walter Bradley, Odin, and - Elmer Bradley, Endicott, N.Y.;
two sisters,
- Mrs. Beatrice Lamont, Odin, and
- Mrs. Viola Burrous, Little Genesee, N.Y.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from the Lindhome Funeral Home with the Rev. Arthur J. Leon officiating. Members of Potter Post 192 of the American Legion presented the flag to Mrs. Bradley and acted as pallbearers and honor guard.
Interment was made in the Odin Cemetery.
