Mrs. Hubbard was born on September 7, 1934 in Hornell and was the daughter of Desmond F. and Beatrice Milgate Chapman. She was formerly married to Duayne E. Seeley. On November 18, 1950 in Olean, she married Francis Hubbard who predeceased her in October of 1996. Mrs. Hubbard was a life time member of the Hinsdale Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Hubbard enjoyed bingo, the Casino and playing cards. She also enjoyed spending time with her companion Richard and her family. Surviving Mrs. Hubbard are four children, - Diana L. (Robert) Scott of Whitehall, Michigan, - Duaynea R. Baldi of Olean, - Daniel K. (Stephanie) Seeley of Glennwood, Iowa, and - Kerry D. (Dori) Seeley of Weston Mills; companion, Richard Borden of Hinsdale; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, - Ronald (Betty) Chapman of Cuba and - Richard Chapman of Vinegrove, Kentucky; and one sister, Patricia Chapman of Hinsdale. Besides her parents, Mrs. Hubbard was predeceased by - her husband, Frances Hubbard; and two brothers, - Gary Chapman and - Roger Chapman.
