Mix SHINGLEHOUSE, Pa. - Nancy J. Mix, 69, of Shinglehouse, passed away Monday (Feb. 1, 2016) in the Long Term Care Unit at Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport, after a long illness. Born on June 24, 1946, in Sharon Center, she was a daughter of John D. and Ethel P. Haynes Mix. She was a graduate of Oswayo Valley High School in Shinglehouse. Nancy was a member of the Shinglehouse United Methodist Church and a member of the former Sharon Grange No. 1247. She enjoyed reading, and collecting salt and pepper shakers and porcelain dolls. She loved spending time with her family. Surviving are a brother, Theodore G. "Ted" (Bonnie) Mix of Shinglehouse; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by two brothers, David P. Mix and Donald D. Mix.
