Jon was a great guy and a good friend.I feel extremely fortunate to have gotten to know him. When I was working 7 to 3 shifts Jon took pleasure in scaring the crap out of me often! Haha If I didn't notice him sitting in his car waiting to go to work he would lay on the horn. He'd always laugh and bring it up when I'd see him.I asked him one time why he always came in so early, he told me the house was too quiet after everyone left so he had to get out of there. He truly loved his wife Gina, he spoke of her often with kindness and love.I don't think Jon really understood how much he meant to his coworkers until after he came back over the holidays. He was positive and encouraged by what layed ahead. The last time I saw Jon he was sitting in dispatch, he waved and said, see you Trace! And I honestly thought I would. We always found something to laugh and joke about at least once a day.He will be deeply missed.

Worked with Jon and the housekeeping team at Seneca Allegany Resort on several projects in 2019. Jon was the definition and emodiment of dependability, reliability, humility, hard work, and dedication. He was a beautiful man and valued team member who will be dearly missed.

Tracy, thank you for sharing those memories with me. He definitely took pleasure in scaring the crap out of people including his own family. And thank you for solving the 6 yr mystery as to why he left for work so early. Before the pandemic I knew it was to eat breakfast and according to him get a good parking spot. He apparently didnt want us knowing how lonely the house felt after the kids and I left in the morning! Thank you again for sharing and caring so much about my husband.

Tracy, thank you for sharing the memories you have of my husband! He definitely loves scaring the crap out of people including his own family. And thank you for sharing the real reason why he left so early every day for work. Before the pandemic I thought it was for the breakfast and a good parking spot and then we thought it was because he didnt want to be stuck shutting the gate to the driveway. The real reason of the house being too quiet after the kids and I left is why. Makes sense, anytime the kids and I went to somewhere even if to just get groceries hed ask what took you so long. Thank you for being his friend and caring about him.
