Dale Fry, my bus driver too. An under-rated job; I remember him going to the back of the bus several times to discipline. I liked him a lot. Was he missing part of a foot? One of his shoes seemed that way and I think he limped. I wonder what had happened.

The presentations were made during the postmaster's annual party for postal ' workers and their wives at his home Sunday afternoon and evening. Mr Patterson's and Mr. Potter's certificates were for 29 years of safe driving; Mr. Chapell's for three years and Mr. Sitter's for two.
Unable to be present to accept awards were
- Allen Gutgsell and
- Robert Chamberlin, parcel post car driver who were cited for three and two years of safe driving, respectively.
Mr. Patterson also received an honorary recognition certificate for his long; service to the department. It was signed by Leroy Green, regional operations director, and by Arthur Summerfield, postmaster general.
