The boy in the photo looks a lot like Donald Lee Snyder Jr. (b 24 Dec 1953) when junior was about age 6 or 7. At that time, the family lived next door to me on Ross Street, Coudersport. Don Sr. descends from Lawrence David Snyder (1899-1950) and his father Ford Snyder (1862-1947). Don Sr. married Jean Louise Toles (b 11 Mar 1929). They had two sons, who were my second cousins: Thomas Lawrence “Hiney” Snyder (1949-2010) and Don Jr. Jean was raised by Thomas Leon and Margaret Almira (Thompson) Toles. Her birth parents were Archie Leroy and Fannie May (Thompson) Foster. Fannie died 4 Apr 1929 shortly after Jean was born. (Note: I remember how “Hiney” got his nickname.)
