The family arrived in America the day before her 1st birthday. Her parents bought a home in NYC which they ran as a boarding house. Between 1850 and 1860 they relocated to Potter County, Pa. In 1872 she and husband George Wrean and their three daughters moved to Illinois to farm land they bought there. Four more children arrived - - Howard in 1876, - Otto in 1878, - James in 1882, and - Bessie in 1885. She lost her husband suddenly at quite a young age, followed by the loss of Otto and Bessie in a diphtheria outbreak three years later. Family Members Parents N. B. A.
