JoAnne was born on November 3, 1936, in Coudersport, PA, the daughter of the late Edward M Gillon and Greta (Taubert) Gillon. On October 12, 2002 she married the Milton S Freeman former at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Coudersport, Pa. They celebrated 19 years of marriage, until his passing on October 17, 2021. JoAnne was a life time resident of Coudersport area and a graduate Coudersport High School, Class of 1955. She worked on the Predmore dairy farm for 30 years, volunteered for the Coudersport Ambulance and was Summit Township Tax Collector. JoAnne was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, President and member TOPS and enjoyed quilting, knitting, needlepoint, crossword puzzles and spending time with family.
