WILLIAM COBURN, 75, DIES IN DUKE CENTER OF 9-MONTH ILLNESS

William Coburn, aged 75, died yesterday at 11:30 pm at the home of his daughter, Mrs F.S. Stover, in Duke Center. He had been in ill health for the past nine months.
Born in Rockmere, Venango county, 1861, Mr. Coburn had spent almost his entire life in the vicinity near Oil City.
Surviving him are three daughters,
- Mrs. Stover of Duke Center,
- Mrs. William Fowlks of Mills, Wyo., and
- Miss Geneva Coburn of Landers, Wyo;
- one son, John J. Coburn of Midwest, Wyo;
four brothers,
- George and
- Harve Coburn of Oil City,
- John Coburn of Florida, and
- Oliver Coburn of Ohio;
- one sister, Mrs. Blanche Means of Ohio,
and seven grandchildren.
The body was taken in charge by Funeral Director Frank J. McAllister. Funeral services will be held at the Heckathorne church, near Oil City, and burial will be in the family plot in the Heckathorne cemetery, at a time to be announced later.
