By virtue of Sundry Writs of Ven ditioni Exponas, Fieri Facias, Levari Facias, Sci Fa and Sur Mortgage, is sued out of the Court of Common Pleas and out of the Orphan's Court of Potter County, Pa., and to me diretced I hall expose to public sale or outcry at the Court House in Coudersport, at one o'clock p. m., on
MONDAY, JUNE 12th, 1916,
the following tract of land:
All that certain piece, parcel and lot of land, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Austin, County of Potter and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of a lot contracted to W. Robinson but convayed to W. H. Sullivan and In the north line of the Buffalo & Susquehanna Railroad right of way; thence north thirty and one half degrees east one hundred and ninety-four (194) feet more or less, to the south bounds of Upper Main Street; thence north fifty-nine - and three- fourths degrees west along said street fifty (SO) feet, thence south thirty and one-half degrees west one hundred and ninety-four (194) feet, more or lema, to the north line of said right of way; thence south fifty-six degrees east along said right of way fifty and three-tenths (50.3) feet to the place of beginning. Being a part of the Josepfein H. Austin Farm surveyed by James Todd, April, 1901. Being the same lot conveyed to Floyd Smith and Emma Smith by deed from Nancy McSwan and husband, dated July 14th, 1913 and recorded in Deed Book Nq. 81 at page 56, July 24th, 1913. Improvements, one dwelling house and usual outbuildings.
Seised, taken in execution and to be sold as the property of Floyd Smith and Emma Smith at the suit of C. O. Olive, Administrator of the Estate of James Williams, deceased. IRVING E. VELEY,
