Eulalie was the daughter of Jean Baptiste Le Breton des Chapelles (c.1759-1795).
She married Baron John Keating (20 Sept 1760 - 19 May 1856) in Dec 1797.
He was born in County Limerick, Ireland.
He commanded a regiment of the French army in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, at the time when the Bourbons fell from power.
In 1792 refusing to continue in the French army, John moved to the United States and soon settled in Wilmington, Delaware.
He subsequently moved to Philadelphia, where he died.
Eulalie and John were also the parents of Eulalia (Keating) Keating (1801-1873).
Eulalia married her first cousin, Jerome Keating (1792-1823), in 1818.
They had three children who survived to adulthood.
In 1844, Eulalia (Keating) Keating entered the Visitation Convent in Frederick County, Maryland, and became known as Mother Mary Joseph.
