She served as the Business Department Chair and retired from Fairfax County Public Schools in 1984. Her service organizations included Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution and the Alfred Alumni Association. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, January 12, 2008, at the All Saints Episcopal Church, Brookland, PA. - Burial will follow immediately in the church cemetery.
