THOSE WHO WERE THERE
Complete List of Quests at Lent - VanWegen Reunion
Among the decorations at the Lent-Van Wegen reunion last Friday was a bush of roses presented by Mrs. Nelson Goodsell of Allegany Avenue. The flowers were very beautiful notwithstanding the fact that the bush had no care this summer .
The bush was originally planted by Mrs. Goodsell's grandfather some seventy years ago and for many years was cared for by her father.
Mr. Nelson was one of the pioneers of Potter County.
The bush was given Mrs. Goodsell by her parents soon after her marriage fifty-three years agio.
The reunions of the Lent-VanWegen families have been held annually for the past forty-five years and never was one more thoroughly joyed than this.
There were fifty-one present, nearly all of whom were connected with the Lent family in some way.

- Mr. and Mrs. Daniel W. VanWegen.
