FAILING, Jacob Death 03-14-1910 Jacob Failing, Civil War veteran of Shinglehouse died March 14, 1910; born 79 years ago the 24th of Feb. Mrs. Failing died Feb. 3, 1909. Survived by 2 sons, F. H. of Shinglehouse and L. B. on the old homestead in Sharon Twp.

FARNHAM, Rolland Death 12-1878 DIED: One Tuesday last, a telegram was received by C. H. Doud announcing the death of his brother-in-law Rolland Farnham, formerly of this place and late of Maryland where he received a kick from a horse which resulted in his death. His remains were brought here and buried in Potter Brook on last Friday where they had a daughter buried. Funeral Services held in church at this place. Rev. J. W. Miller preaching the funeral sermon to a well filled house. The week of prayer will be observed here in this church commencing last evening.

FARNSWORTH, George Alton Death 06-20-1910 George Alton Farnsworth died June 20, 1910 at the home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Sarah E. Lewis in Ulysses; born in Smithfield, Bradford Co., PA on Oct 3, 1858, son of Wallace W. & Emma Gates Farnsworth. Survived by wife and son, Louis Farnsworth.
