Velma was a member of the Sweden Valley Faith United Methodist Church. Velma's Life Celebration began with a visitation at the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home Ltd, "A Life Celebration Home", 210 North East St., Coudersport, Pa., Friday, February 6, 2015 from 4-6 and Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 12-2pm . Funeral service was held Saturday at 2pm at the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Shatto officiating. - Burial was at the families convenience in Reed Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sweden Valley Faith United Methodist Church, 1450 E. Second St., Coudersport, Pa. 16915 or the Patterson Cancer Center, 1001 E. Second St., Coudersport, Pa. 16915.
