At one time, it was called the Potter County Garage. (I have the impression that John Rigas paid to have the structure demolished. By that time it was an eyesore.) Attached is the obituary of - William E. Phelps (1871-1928). - His widow is Matilda A. Tuttle (1873-1937). - Her sister Rebecca L.
