I searched newspapers.com to see if I could find a clipping for this reunion. I searched The Potter Enterprise one year at a time for 1925 to 1935. There were many clips about people entertaining other people at dinner and for other events, but it seems to me that the attached clip is a good candidate. (I certainly could have missed something.)
Please note: I am not getting paid to plug newspapers.com, although I might see if I can earn some cash doing this. (Just kidding.) I know promos are popping up on Facebook.

All came laden with good things to eat and beautiful gifts. A fine din- ner was served. Mrs. Mitchell re- ceived many happy greetings and con- gratulations for the day. Mrs. George Mitchell presented Mrs. Mitchell with a large birthday cake illuminated with 72 candles.'

About 1930, from Larry Herbstritt's post 2015 on ancestry. Isaac Lewis and Mary Klesa Mitchell family reunion. Woops! I just noticed that you mentioned the year. Oh well... It is a terrific photo. You don't happen to have ID's for all of them, do you?
