Born March 25, 1943 in Dubois, she was the daughter of Carl and Margaret Edner Chittester. Karla had worked at Stackpole in Kane for many years. Surviving are four sons, - Phillip (Shelley) Snyder of Kane, - Jonathon (Amy) Snyder of James City, - Gary (Rebecca) Snyder of Ludlow and - David (Sam) Snyder of Warren; a daughter Karen (Michael) Fox of Ludlow; a brother Frank Chittester of Dubois and a sister Dorothy Anderson of Kane. Nine grandchildren and two great great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death, besides her parents, by sisters - Nellie Brown and - Virginia Snyder. No services are currently scheduled. - Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Kane.
