My dad used to hang around with Danny when we lived in Roulette and he came to the big city of Coudersport. Eddie Easton was at the radio station then and he and my dad were good friends. Dad and Danny talked on the phone a couple of times every year for as long as Dad lived. It was a revelation to me, he made the station sound great! I was busy telling myself it wasn't possible to sound very good with that awful antique equipment but hearing what Danny could do with it made me realize I was kidding myself and had better get busy.
