Paul Lynn Gardner I lived in that house my first ten years of childhood (1950-1960). The interior was uniquely decorated with several types of hardwoods in the millwork.

I remember this house. From about 1950 to 1954 I lived in the apartment above the Corner Store and at the end of Southeast Street. The apartment had just been remodeled. Mom and Dad owned the business, but the oil company owned the property. (I was born January 1948, so I was quite young.) Also I would have driven by many, many times in later years.
