I Ephraim Copenhauer of the County of Wythe and State of Virginia, being of sound mind and desiring to make such disposition of my rel and personal estate as to me seems right and proper. I, therefore, make publish & declare this to be my last will & testament in manner & form as follows. To witt: 1st I desire that my executor hereinafter named after my decease, Shall pay all my just debts & forward expenses from money I may have on hand with time and personal property.
