STATE OF KENTUCKY, Sct. Nelson circuit court, February term, 1836. Joseph S. Sater, and Elizabeth his wife, formerly Jack, and others, heirs of Joseph Jack, dec'd, complainants against Joseph Jack, and John W. Anderson, an infant son of Rachel Anderson, dec'd, who was daughter of Hannah Nelson, dec'd, formerly Jack, and others, heirs of Joseph Jack dec'd defendants.
--- In Chancery. This day came the complainants, by their counsel, and on their motion, they having satisfied the Court that the defendant, John W. Anderson, is not an inhabitant of this Commonwealth, It is therefore ordered, that unless the said absent defendant, John W. Anderson, appear here on or before the first day of our May term next, and answer the complainants' Bill, the same will be taken as confessed against him, and the prayer thereof decreed accordingly: and it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published in the Bardstown Herald for two months, by successive weekly insertions: and this cause is continued until the the next term.
