Kenneth R. Perry, 35, of Coudersport, was found dead around 8:00 a.m. Monday in the cab of his truck which was parked near his home on Avenue A. Potter County Coroner John T. Koch of Ulysses issued a certificate of death due to asphyxiation by carbon monoxide.
Born April 28, 1939, in Coudersport, he was a son of Keith and Clarcey Denning Perry.
On Dec. 16, 1967, he wed the former Jolene Connolly at Petrolia, N.Y. Mr.
Perry had been a Coudersport resident for 10 years, having previously lived in Wellsville, N.Y. He was a self-employed contractor, attended Calvary Baptist Church and was an Army veteran.
Besides his widow, survivors include
three daughters,
- Danielle;
- Kelli, and
- Tracy Perry, all at home;
- his parents of Wellsville, N.Y.;
- his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bessie Perry, Coudersport;
- his maternal grandfather, Arthur Denning, Wellsville, N.Y., and
- a sister, Miss Nadine Perry, Shongo, N.Y.
Friends were received at the Grabe-Fickinger Funeral Home where a funeral service will be

Tracy R. Tucker
Tracy R. Tucker, 48, of Lanninger Creek Rd., Roulette, PA, passed away Thursday (Jan. 31, 2019) in Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA.
Born October 9, 1970, in Coudersport, she was a daughter of Kenneth R. and Jolene C. Connolly Perry. On June 20, 1998, in Roulette, she married Randall F. Tucker, who survives.
Tracy was a longtime resident of the area and attended Northern Potter High School for several years, and graduated from Coudersport High School, class of 1988.
Mrs. Tucker worked for UPMC Cole, Port Allegany Health Center as a medical technician.
Tracy was secretary of the Roulette Chamber of Commerce, enjoyed crafting, but most of all loved being with her two grandchildren, and her beloved two dogs.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Randall, are
three sons,
- Uriah J. Perry of Coudersport,
- Levi D. Perry of Roulette,
- Kendall R. Perry of Troy, PA,
- a stepson, Jeremy F. (Nikki) Tucker of Port Allegany;
- a granddaughter, Delanie Perry,
- a grandson, Jaxson Perry;
two sisters,
- Danielle (Jeff) Long of Lockwood, NY,
- Kelli J. Snyder of Roulette;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m. Saturday (Feb. 23, 2019) in the Roulette Fire Department Social Hall, where a celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m.
Memorials can be made to the Roulette Fire Department or Roulette Chamber of Commerce.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany.

Authorities Investigate Death of Bolivar Man.
Coudersport-based state police investigated the death of Warren Perry, 35, of Bolivar, NY, who was pronounced dead at 1:10 pm Thursday at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY.
An autopsy revealed that Perry died of injuries which he received in a fracus on Avenue A in Coudersport on Saturday Aug. 19, near the home of his brother Kenneth Perry.
The investigation by the police found that Perry, who had been drinking, was visiting his brother. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Perry, also of Bolivar, arrived to take him home. Outside the house the elder Mr. Perry and Warren Perry got into an argument. During the ensuing scuffle, Warren fell and struck his head on a car.
State police report that Perry was taken to Wellsville by his father, Keith Perry, but apparently did not receive medical treatment until he was admitted to Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, the following day. He was later transferred to Mercy Hospital in Buffalo.
No charges have been filed.

Kenneth Perry
Kenneth R. Perry, 35, of Coudersport, was found dead around 8:00 a.m. Monday in the cab of his truck which was parked near his home on Avenue A. Potter County Coroner John T. Koch of Ulysses issued a certificate of death due to asphyxiation by carbon monoxide.
Born April 28, 1939, in Coudersport, he was a son of Keith and Clarcey Denning Perry.
On Dec. 16, 1967, he wed the former Jolene Connolly at Petrolia, N.Y. Mr.
Perry had been a Coudersport resident for 10 years, having previously lived in Wellsville, N.Y. He was a self-employed contractor, attended Calvary Baptist Church and was an Army veteran.
Besides his widow, survivors include
three daughters,
- Danielle;
- Kelli, and
- Tracy Perry, all at home;
- his parents of Wellsville, N.Y.;
- his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bessie Perry, Coudersport;
- his maternal grandfather, Arthur Denning, Wellsville, N.Y., and
- a sister, Miss Nadine Perry, Shongo, N.Y.

The engagement of Miss Susan Irene Wykoff, Cogan Station, Pa., to Rodney Winner Young has been announced by Mr. and Mrs. Ronald E. Baker, Roulette, Pa.
Miss Wykoff is the daughter of Mrs. Baker and the late Arnold M. Wykoff.
Mr. Young is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Young Sr., 426 Pearson Ave., Williamsport, Pa.
A graduate of Coudersport Area High School and the Williamsport Area Community College, Miss Wykoff is employed by the Williamsport Hospital, as a licensed practical nurse.
Mr. Young was graduated from the Loyalsock Township High School, Williamsport. He is serving with the Air Force at Griffiss A.F.B., Rome, N.Y.
Vows will take place on June 22 at Park United Methodist Church, Coudersport.
