Wellsville - Marilyn A. Perry, 69, of 2899 Sheridan Avenue died unexpectedly on Sunday (Dec. 9, 2007) at home.
She was born June 23, 1938, in Ulysses, Pa., the daughter of George and Gertrude (Stillson) Henry.
On Aug. 11, 1956, in Bolivar, she married Clinton A. Perry, who predeceased her on June 30, 2006.
A former longtime resident of Allentown, Marilyn was raised in Ulysses and was a graduate of Northern Potter High School. She was a member of the Women of the Moose and a social member of the Bolivar American Legion. She enjoyed puzzles, crosswords, camping, fishing and NASCAR.
A loving mother and homemaker, she is survived by three sons;
- Douglas (Wendy) Perry and
- Michael (Dawn) Perry, both of Scio, and
- Daniel (Teressa) Perry of Allentown;
two daughters,
- Theresa (Monte) Ives of Wellsville and
- Roxanne (George Lewis) Eisenhart of Scio;
seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren;
her mother, Gertrude Henry of Macedon;
two brothers,
- Robert (Paula) Henry of Macedon and
- Roger (Betty) Henry of Ulysses;
as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased, in addition to her father and husband, by a grandson, Ryan Ives.
