Jaqueline A. Daugherty of Bradford, PA and Gildardo Encarnacion, Brooklyn, NY, were both transported by ambulance to Charles Cole Memorial Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released.
Troopers said the crash occurred as a 2004 Freightliner Box Truck driven by Al Wen Zing, 44, of 2065 83rd. Street, Brooklyn, NY, was traveling north on Route 155 and began to pass a school bus stopped in the northbound lane waiting to make a left turn onto Gardeau Road.
A 2003 Ford Box Truck driven by Jaqueline A. Daugherty of 56 Chris Drive, Bradford, PA, was traveling south on Route 155 and struck the other truck head-on.
All 3 persons involved in the crash were wearing seat belts. The driver of the Freightliner was not injured. Daugherty and the passenger in the Freightliner were treated and released from Charles Cole Memorial Hospital.
Daugherty delivers US mail to area post offices.
Trooper Daniel C. Moore, who is investigating, said that charges for multiple traffic violations are pending for Al Wen Zeng, the operator of the Freightliner. He asks anyone with information to contact him at PSP Kane at 814-778-5555.

Good luck Jackie, I hope you are okay!! We've met a couple of times, but I knew your dad when he and my dad were friends at the post office. You've brought chickens to me in the mail truck....

Hope you are healing well Jackie, and so glad to hear that you were released! Scared the you know what out of me when I saw it was a mail truck, and then again when I saw your name. Even though we don't see each other much, I will always be grateful to you for how caring you were to my mom, and my little brother, Richie. :-) Take Care of yourself, and God Bless.
