LYMANSVILLE CEMETERY
GPS Coordinates: 41°46'16.59"N, 77°59'14.45"W
Take 872 south out of Sweden Valley for .25 mi to the first right turn. Turn right. The cemetery is on the right where the old County Home used to be.
This cemetery was the County Home cemetery.
Lymansville cemetery was originally at the crossroads.
To make way for new buildings and improving Rte 6, the people buried in Lymansville were relocated to the County Home cemetery which was renamed Lymansville.
We have only a partial listing of the County Home Burials because many records were lost in the fire that destroyed the old building (around 2000).
Compiled from the records of The Potter County Historical Society and PHGS by Charles & Kathleen Heffner
