  Notes for JOHN RUNYAN: [Brøderbund WFT Vol. 10, Ed. 1, Tree #3541, Date of Import: Dec 14, 1999] In 1722, John & his brother Thomas settled near Hopewell, in East Amwell, Hunterdon Co., N.J. M.C. Shepherd says John & Elizabeth (Dunn) left Piscataway about 1715 for the vicinity of Rock Hill, Somerset Co., N.J., but I think it may have been his son John & Elizabeth (Freeman). John owned the Glen Moore Mills. The mills had been owned for some time by the Blackwell family. John married his brother Thomas' wife's sister (his sister-in-law).-- Duty 46726 Big File
