You share DNA with my (half) brother ('half' was a surprise, I'm the only one in my family who knows that MW's biological father is not EW, bio-father of the rest of us.) While you are MW's 3rd-4th DNA cousin, you and I are 5th Tree cousins (Daugherty side, 5th grgrandparents DINGMAN - TURNER. I presume DNA too, but it doesn't register with ancestryDNA.)
Kathrine Nicosia is my mother's oldest sister, no surprise since that is the side of the family related to DINGMAN - TURNER.
I have been searching for MW's biological father for 3 years now; getting close...
I think we've communicated before, perhaps in one of the other DNA platforms.

Thanks for getting back to me! Hope you find your brothers biological father. I have not participated in any DNA forums (but sounds like I should).

From what I have found, Beatrice Viola Doney (Daughtry was her mothers maiden name), was married at 14 to Shobert and had a daughter Dorsalena then married Carl Miller (marriage documents found) on this document it shows her correct parents names but his show John and Charlotte as his parents. Beatrice gave all 3 of her daughters up for adoption. The oldest was adopted in Kansas by McDonalds and my mom and her sister were adopted in Wyoming by the Wilders (where Beatrice's father lived and died). My aunt Dorsalena remembered having sisters (or knew of them somehow) and found them later. Trying to find the link to bio grandfather.
