Where was this school? I assume it is not the town in Schuylkill County, nor Pine Grove Mills down near State College.

Arnold, Paul, Harold and Daisy Meacham, children of Eugene & Amy Clark Meacham, living 1910 in Eulalia township. I wonder who the Stearns' were.

Brenda Kenealy Williams had shared this photo earlier, a photo dated about 1910 of the Hebron School.
Esther Niles VanWegen is teacher at far right.
She could only identify the Meacham children of Eugene and Amy Clark Meacham.
- Daisy is 2nd from left, next is
- Harold.
- Paul is 3rd from right and
- Arnold is 2nd from right. No Mrs. Stearns in this one, but I'll bet there are some Stearns children in there.

Thanks to Susan Dunn Alexander for revealing these photos to me.
There are a few relatives of members of this group in these two photographs.
In the SOPHOMORE CLASS OF 1916 - 1917
-3. Mildred Klesa - daughter of Joseph & Minnie Fleschutz Klesa, granddaughter of Albert & Mary Valenta Klesa.
-9. Lida Roberts - daughter of Hoxsie & Armenia Holden Roberts, granddaughter of John Dell & Mary Ann Hoxsie Roberts and great granddaughter of Samuel & Elizabeth Hicks Roberts
-15. Christine Dunn aka Christeen Dunn - daughter of George William & Minnie Carpenter Dunn, granddaughter of Michael & Sarah Ellison Dunn
-26. Daisy Morey - daughter of Jerome & Flora Ann Kimm Morey. Daisy was more closely related to our Davey descended Morey cousins, however, she is also related to us by sharing a more distant cousin who is also in our Snyder-Chase branch with her 7th great grandparents, Roger & Mary Johnson Mowry, who are the 10th great grandparents of the descendants of Johnson Chase's paternal grandfather, Malachai Mason.
In the Class of 1923
- Edythe Snyder - daughter of Arch & Anna Tauscher Snyder, granddaughter of William & Mary Neefe Snyder, great granddaughter of Michael & Catherine Shay Snyder, great great granddaughter of Richard & Elizabeth Roberts Shay, great great great granddaughter of Peter & Rebecca VanWinkel Roberts.
Also, Edythe, through Mary Neefe is connected to my children through their mother, Christine Neefe, descendant of the grandfather of Mary Elizabeth Neefe, Edward Franz & Helena Friest Neefe, as well as the great grandparents of Arch Snyder, Jacob & Catherine Housknecht Snyder.
Yes, the roots of our Potter County ancestors are a complex entanglement!

Metta Nelson listed in the 1923 photo was my mother's cousin. And not sure if the Higley is related to my mother as her mother was a Higley.

Does this help with your Higley connection?

As with the multiple daughters of Albert & Dorothy Fuller Davey family, who lived and married along route 49 out of Coudersport, PA, the many daughters of Emil & Wilhelmina Kortz Mosch, married men who lived along route 49.
Minnie Mosh, seen in this photo, was the last born of their 6 daughters. Though one died as a toddler the rest all married along route 49. Paul Lynn Gardner will be familiar with this family tree.
