There seems to be some confusion about John French, Freedom Kingsley & Grace Kingsley. A Jim French responded to my (Frank Powell) query on Genforum about the situation that he had seen some indication that there were two persons named John French, one born in Assington, England in 1622 that married Freedom Kingsley & the other born in 1612 in Dorset, England or Wales that married Grace Kingsley. At this point (Jan 2000), my wife's family (Kingsley) has only found information on John French & Freedom Kingsley. We have nothing yet on a Grace Kingsley.
