CROSS FORK Marshie Dingman, Reporter June 21
The regular meeting of the 4-H Club was held in the school house June 11.' It was called to order by Judy McGuire, president. The secretary read the minutes of the last meeting. Miss Edith Reis-ler and Murrey Fisk, county 4-H leaders, were present Mr. Fisk, alcng with the local leader, Leo Rconey, visited the gardens of the boys. Miss Reisler gave a lesson on ta'ole netting. The next meeting will be held June 25 at 10.00 a. m. in the school house.
A birthday party for Sue Buss-haus Buss-haus on June 11. was attended by Dora Warner, Judy McGuire, Phyllis McGuire, Jimmie McGuire, Tom Labant, Donna Mason, Mary Mar-gaiet Kinney, Sharon Knickerbocker. Dora and William Dingman, Cathryne and Paul Busshaus. Games were played and refreshments were served. Sue received many gifts.
MSgt. William and Mrs. Burgin and daughters spent the week visiting visiting the latter's parents, of Oneonta, NY.
Mr. and Mrs. Milford Marshall and son Jon Scott of Buffalo, visited visited the former's mother, Mrs. Laura Merckel.
Mr. and Mrs. Coolidge Dingman and daughter Linda, spent Sunday visiting the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben. Dingman.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dingman rnd children of Medina, N. Y., spent the week-end visiting relatives in tins place.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jones and granddaughter. Dora Warner, are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Warner at Jonestown. Pa.
The 4-H Club held a family picnic at 01- 01- B.t )' Pir.?, Faictay, Jn 18 Swimming was the most important feature of the occasion. Dinner. was served at 6:30.
