Note NI0017
Fronica Herr Binkley married for a second time to Baltzer STERTZER and they had two daughters, Elisabeth, who married John DONER DANNER (the DONER family lived next to her father Johannes 'the Mennonite'), and Barbara. Both daughters lived in Millersville, PA. Since she died in Millersville, she must have been living with them.
Her dad's will 1771 shows her as Fronica. When her father David HERR died in 1772, his will contained a codicil limited to £42, the amount of a note, the inheritance of his son in law Henry BINKLEY. Also, Fronica’s share was to be paid to the ‘children of her body’ – to wit: David BINCKLEY and Elizabeth BINCKLEY, and specified that if she had need, David’s executors were to help her by paying £10 a year until the money was used up, the rest to go to her children. Brackbill said there is no indication of what caused the ‘ill will’ between David HERR and his BINKLEY son in law Henry. It may have not been ill will but distrust of Henry’s business sense, since Henry was perhaps forced to sell his Manor Tp land in 1773 and return to Mill Creek in Lampeter Tp.
In Fronica HERR Binkley married for a second time to Baltzer STERTZER and they had two daughters, Elisabeth, who married John DONER / DANNER (the DONER family lived next to her father Johannes ‘the Mennonite’), and Barbara. Both daughters lived in Millersville, PA. Since Fronica died in Millersville, she must have been living with them. In the 1790 census, Baltzer STERTZER shows in Lancaster Boro with himself and 3 women, no slaves. 1810 census Lancaster City shows Baltzer STERTZER household with just 1 male, 1 female. 1820 census Lancaster City shows Baltzer STATZER, 1 man and 1 woman. Was this woman Frena or a housekeeper for Baltzer?

Research Notes
Perhaps the reason Henry BINKLEY and wife Frena moved to Manor Tp in 1769 was because that was her home area, where she had grown up at her dad's plantation on what is now Blue Rock Rd., then called Charlestown Rd.
