The 1800 census for her father's household lists a daughter <10. The 1810 census lists the oldest female that is likely a daughter as 10-15 years old, making her birth year 1795 to 1800. Buffalo Evening News, Wednesday May 15, 1895, page 5 says "Mrs. Chole Tompkins aged 102 years died at her home in Hedgesville Monday. Buried today. A large family of children and grandchildren survive her." The Watkins New York obituary says Mrs Choe Tompkins of Hedgesville, Stuebren County died last week at the age of 102 years and 7 days." This would make her birth month May. Dec 1894 article: William Wilson's mittens are stolen from his carriage.
