  20260309GHLn- Joseph Bumpas and Weibra Glass Contributed By L LaShel Thompson Married in probably 1668, Joseph Bumpas and his wife Weibra Glass lived for the next few years in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and then moved westward several miles to the new settlement of Middleboro. Here they remained, reared their family, and farmed. Joseph died in February 1705, and Weibra was appointed to administer his estate. They still had one minor daughter. Mehitabel, thus no final settlement was to be made until she reached the age of twenty-one, which was in 1713. Before that, however, several other members of the family also died: daughter Lydia in June 1710, daughter Mary in June 1711, mother Weibra in December 1711, and daughter Rebecca in January 1712.
