Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Marge Allan Houseknecht;
his children,
- Scott (Kathy) Houseknecht of Soldotna, Alaska,
- Steve (Sandy) Houseknecht of Churchville,
- Sue (Todd) Coveny of Warsaw,
- Sharon (Terry) Monahan of Greenfield, Mass.;
his grandchildren, Corey, Danielle and Christopher Houseknecht, Shane and Shawn Houseknecht, Ramsey, Riley and Ryan Coveny, Cody and Chad Dunning;
his sister-in-law, Barbara Houseknecht of Las Cruces, NM.
Predeceased by his brother, Dutch Houseknecht.
There are no calling hours. Rodger's memorial service and veterans memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 PM at Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw.
