Albert L. "Tink" Chase
85, of Roulette, PA, died Saturday (August 27, 2016) in the Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.
He was born May 2, 1931 in Roulette, a son of Leon and Ruth Davey Chase Kellogg. He was raised by his mother and Albert Kellogg. On June 16, 1956, in Roulette, he married Margaret Cornelius, who survives.
Mr. Chase attended Roulette Schools and worked at Pittsburgh Corning of Port Allegany for 43 years, retiring on May 2, 1993.
Tink was lifetime member of the Roulette Volunteer Fire Dept. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed playing horse shoes and doing crossword puzzles. He was very well known for his canoe racing, which he participated in for over 20 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
two daughters:
- Colleen (Butch) DeBoer of Roulette and
- Carla (Jan) Skinner of Oviedo, FL
four grandchildren:
- Willy (Eryn Haynes) DeBoer,
- Cory (Brandie Glessner) Skinner,
- Troy Skinner,
- Carey (Jon) Ditges
two great-grandchildren:
- Skylar DeBoer and
- Ava Blue Skinner
one sister- Doris Card of Roulette
and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and step father, he was preceded in death by two brothers:
- Raymond and
- Lawrence Chase;
two sisters:
- Edna "Peg" Packer and
- Grace Hanchett

Larry Herbstritt I never met my 1st cousin 1x removed, Albert Chase, and recently learned of his passing. Johnson & Sarah were his great grandparents.

Margaret J. Chase
Margaret J. Chase, 84, of Roulette, PA, passed away Wednesday (August 19, 2020) surrounded by her family in Roulette.
She was born March 15, 1936 in Crosby, a daughter of Frank J.and Edna O'Brien Cornelius.
On June 16, 1956, in Roulette, she married Albert L. "Tink" Chase, who died August 27, 2016.
Mrs. Chase was a graduate of Roulette High School and was employed by Viko Co. of Eldred. Ultimately, she was a homemaker tending to the needs of her family.
She enjoyed gardening, flowers, watching NASCAR and Western movies, along with reading. She especially loved being with family.
Margaret is survived by:
Two daughters:
- Colleen (Butch) DeBoer of Roulette and
- Carla (Jan) Skinner of Oviedo, FL
Four grandchildren:
- Willy (Eryn) DeBoer,
- Cory (Brandie) Skinner,
- Troy Skinner and
- Carey (Jon) Ditges
Great grandchildren:
- Skylar, Ava Blue, Ryen and Brandt
Along with several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents and husband,
- she was preceded in death by two brothers.
At Margaret’s request, there will be no visitation or services held.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Roulette Fire Department or Potter County Hospice. Online condolences may be made at www.hartle-tarboxfuneralhomes.com.
