  	I hereby appoint my wife, Susanna Ammons, executrix of this my last will and testament, here revoking all former wills by me made. In testimony whereof I hereunto sign by name this Jan. 26, 1862.
  	20250220GHLn- https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/LKGT-QZH/noah-wade-ammons-1825-1862 Noah Ammons Will I, Noah Ammons in the name of Almighty God, being of sound ind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows. first I will and bequeath to my wife Susanna Ammons all the estate both real and personal that I am in possession of at my decease and that she have possession of the same for her own support and the support of all my children until they shall severally arrive at the age of twenty one years or marry, if she so long remains my widow. Send I will and direct that at the death or marriage of my wife Susanna Ammons or immediately thereafter that all the property remaining in her. possession either left by me at my decease or arriving there from in any way both personal and real, be appraised and equally divided between all my children then living each share and share alike. Third, I will and direct that each of my boys Zimri E Ammons, Nathaniel Wesley Ammons, when they shall arrive at the age of twenty one years that they shall each have a horse of at least ordinary value of the property left by me in the hands of my wife Susanna Ammons. I further will and request that my wife Susanna Ammons give to each of my boys when they shall arrive at the age of twenty one years and after the privilege of remaining on the farm and working it by paying an ordinary rent but in nowise dispossessing her. I hereby appoint my wife, Susanna Ammons, executrix of this my last will and testament, here revoking all former wills by me made. In testimony whereof I hereunto sign by name this Jan. 26, 1862.
