Clare, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. He was born in Mt. Clare, WV, on October 20, 1940, a son of the late Millard and Virginia Kendall Toothman. He was raised by his loving aunt, the late Nina Riffle. He is survived by cousins, Hurley Riffle, Nina Villers, Ronald “Snapper” Kendall and Dorothy Webb and husband, Donald. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and his buddies of Mt. Clare. He was a veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was a retired Steel Worker. He loved hunting and fishing. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
