Cooper, 85, passed away on November 21, 2017. She was born on August 10, 1932 the daughter of the late Taylor & Ina Eddy. She was a woman of faith and was a member of First Christian Church where she was employed as Kitchen Coordinator for many years. She was a great cook and later enjoyed serving others through Meals On Wheels Westbrook Park United Methodist Church. Hilda also enjoyed family events, needle point, sewing and camping. She made her house a home for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 56 years, Stephen B. Cooper; 2 brothers; 1 sister; and 3 grandchildren. Hilda is survived by her loving daughter Cindy (Andy) Coffey. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at the Reed Funeral Home (CANTON CHAPEL) where services will be held at 11:00AM with Pastor Gary Smith officiating.
