Born in Deep Valley, W.Va., Mr. Duty came to Akron 30 years ago and established his two businesses. HE LEAVES wife, son Russell H. of Copley; daughter Mrs. Gertrude Walczuk of Navarre; brothers John of California and Dow of West Virginia; five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Schermesser funeral home. Burial will be in Glendale cemetery. Friends may call 7 to 9 p. m. Friday at the funeral home..
