Word has been received of the marriage of Miss Gertrude Card, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Card of Roulette and Seward W. Dailey, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Daily of Genesee, which occurred October 28th in Harrisburg.
The bride is a graduate of Mansfield State Normal College and for the past three years has been a teacher in the Genesee High The groom attended Staunton Military School and Pennsylvania State Coallege, and is now associated with his father in business.
The couple are spending a few days Washington and New York, after which they will make their home in Genesee..

Death- Wellsville Hospital early Sunday morning, 29 January 1950. He'd undergone an appendectomy early last week and apparently was reovering nicely when complications arose, resulting in his death.
Born- 27 October 1910 in Genesee, the only son of Edward P. and Emily Sluyter Daily. Genesee had always been his home.
Survived by his wife, the former Miss Gertrude Car of Roulette, and their four children:
- Joan,
- Donald,
- Russell,
- Allen,
all at home;
one sister, Mrs Clair Cobb of Spring Mills.
Interment Tuesday at Genesee Cemetery.
