Miller of Main Street, and Roger Lee Abbott, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy L. Abbott of Iris Drive, on Nov. 9 at the Chandlers Drive Church of God. The 6 p.m. ceremony was performed by the Rev. Gene Curtis. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an empire gown designed with a scooped neckline trimmed in lace, Juliet sleeves, velvet trim and a full skirt. Her veil of illusion was held by a lace Juliet cap trimmed with seed pearls and a large silk bow and she carried ; a bouquet of white miniature carnations and -pink sweetheart roses. She also wore a white velvet neck ribbon with a heart .brooch. Miss Julia Johnson was the bride's only attendant. Ott Willis was best man for Mr. Abbott. After a church reception, of the couple left for a wedding trip to Parkersburg. MR. AND MRS. ROGER LEE ABBOTT The bride recently was graduated from secretarial school. Mr. Abbott, a graduate Sissonville High School, is employed by True Temper Corp..
