  Source Medium: Electronic Carol, I think this works. This means that John (b. 1810) is the son of James (b. 1784), not the son of John, who, as you ve pointed out, died in infancy anyway. Have you been able to find any corroborating evidence, rather than the process of elimination? I do feel we re on to something. Thank you for your help. I m going to make this tentative change, anyway, and reference this correspondence. Anything more on the family, like Lovey Cherry and her family?
