14 people in the picture, 11-12 names, depending on whether or not R.O Welfling are Jr. & Sr., or just the principal. So 2-3 names are missing.

Same Minnie Garner as in the 1907 photo, I wonder? Actually, it looks like all of the students in the 1907 photo are in this one, too. If so, then Floyd Judd may be one of the missing names. I may be guilty of over-thinking this, but maybe that ties in with the two banners with the two years . From the 1907 pic - Minnie Garner,

The presumed Deforest Bartoo of 1907 seems to be in the 1908 photo too, 2nd male from the right in both pics.
